We are proud to introduce a major step forward in the Rust Prevention Spray can technology -- EcoAir®-- airpowered spray can products. For the first time, we are providing spray cans powered by compressed air that completely replace expensive chemical propellants. This technology is innovative because a four-layer EcoPouch is inserted into a can then the can is pressurized. Finally, the EcoPouch is filled with the liquid. As the valve is depressed the surrounding pressure expels the bag’s internal fluids until the product is used up.

Environmentally Safe

EcoAir® VpCI®-337 is a ready-to-use waterborne corrosion inhibitor used primarily for robust anti rust effect on internal void spaces. Vapor phase Corrosion Inhibitors (VpCI®) in EcoAir® VpCI®-337 migrate to protect metal surfaces resulting in time and cost savings. When combined with labor-saving techniques, minimum amount of product can be used to protect large areas or volumes against rust. EcoAir® VpCI®-337 is effective on multiple metals.
EcoAir® VpCI®-337 is a combination of contact and vapor corrosion inhibitors, which allows a wide range of uses; from low-dose voidspace protection to steel coil edge spray.

Oil Based VCI Rust Inhibitor Sprays

Renewable Oil based rust inhibitor products powered by Nano-VpCI® are a very desirable way to apply corrosion protection to metal parts. Oil based products require less surface preparation, and prevent finger print corrosion. On top of this, we are now able to include renewable oils in these RPs' formulations which leads to less environmental impact and higher flash points. Having these type of products in EcoSpray® bottles allows to ship the products world wide by any means necessary to deploy on the field as soon as possible.

EcoSpray® VpCI®-325 is a ready-to-use vegetable oil/solvent-based liquid for general purpose corrosion protection in a wide variety of applications. Some of these include protection of sheet metals, wire, pipes, flanges, and other fabricated and/or machined parts, guns, and a host of other products. EcoSpray® VpCI®-325 protects against rust and works as an excellent lubricant that performs effectively, even under the adverse condition of high relative humidity and in the presence of such corrosive elements as chlorides, hydrogen sulfide, and other sulfur compounds.
EcoSpray® VpCI®-325 is based on a vegetable derived, biodegradable vci oil anti rust spray cans. EcoSpray® VpCI®-325 forms a film on the metal surface and protects in two ways: first, oil-soluble safe rust inhibitors offer a tenacious film which clings to metal surfaces. VpCI®-325 also provides dependable and complete water displacement from the metal surface to prevent corrosion.

ElectriCorr® VpCI®-238 is an electronic cleaner containing Vapor phase Corrosion Inhibitor (VpCI®). This cleaner is specifically formulated for electrical/ electronic equipment, and components.
ElectriCorr® VpCI®-238 forms a thin film of Vapor phase Rust Inhibitors effective against aggressive environments including industrial, marine, and tropical climates. This film does not alter the electrical resistance or magnetic properties of metal substrates. ElectriCorr® VpCI®-238 anti rust can be safely applied to protect circuits or relays without causing any changes in conductivity. It can be safely used with most plastics, elastomers, and other nonmetallics.
ElectriCorr® VpCI®-238 is an effective inhibitor of galvanic corrosion for most metals and alloys normally found in electronics applications, such as aluminum, copper, ferrous, and other non-ferrous metals. ElectriCorr VpCI®-238 is free of CFCs and 1,1,1-Trichlorethane. Application provides instant corrosion protection.
